Public Remarks are displayed publicly, on IDX websites, and on MLS reports sent to clients from MLS participants working with buyers. For this reason, the MLS does not allow any branding, contact information, or call to action directing leads to the listing agent in the public remarks. Do not enter any names, phone numbers, email addresses, or website URL's in the public remarks. You should disclose if the listing agent is an owner or principal of the property being sold. Make sure all remarks are in compliance with all MLS rules, and that the remarks do not violate any federal fair housing regulations. Avoid entering the list price and terms, as they often change and will be displayed where applicable anyway
